What infrastructure do my customers need to use Pep-Talk?
All they need is a regular telephone, plus they would be using a computer device of some sort to have found you by web browsing or to have received an E-newsletter from you.
How will I know the call has come from someone using Pep-Talk?
When a call is delivered to you from Pep-Talk you will hear a brief message saying "Pep-Talk call" just prior to being connected to your customer.
Can I get other features on my Pep-Talk service?

Do I or my customers need Voice over IP software or a headset attached to my computer?
No - you don't need any special equipment, just your regular phone. You might want to put a call centre or answering service in place for added customer convenience, but that is completely at the discretion of your business.
