- All you need is a regular telephone to receive calls on, plus a web site or E-newsletter empowered by Pep-Talk for your customers to click on to initiate a call.

- All they need is a regular telephone, plus they would be using a computer device of some sort to have found you by web browsing or to have received an E-newsletter from you.
- How will I know the call has come from someone using Pep-Talk?
- When a call is delivered to you from Pep-Talk you will hear a brief message saying "Pep-Talk call" just prior to being connected to your customer.
